Tender for the supply and installation of specialized equipment and related services for the construction of 25 automatic weather stations in the Maldives

Description of the activity: In the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding on climate change, vulnerability, risk management, adaptation and mitigation, signed by the Ministry of the Environment, Land and Sea of the Italian Republic and by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy of the Republic of Maldives, the Maldives Meteorological Service, (MMS), launches a tender for the supply and installation of the specialized equipment and services necessary for the construction of 25 automatic weather stations under the project "Enhancing weather and climate monitoring and data management capacity of MMS, (Maldives Meteorological Service), for reducing vulnerabilities of climate change in the Maldives”. 80% of the equipment and services offered must be originated in Italy.

Location: Maldives

Eligible subjects: Italian companies registered with the Italian Chamber of Commerce, and business associations (Joint ventures or stable business groups recognized by Italian legislation).

Language in which the offer must be submitted: English or Maldivian.
